Terms of Service

By accessing, joining, or using VoidMC, including our Minecraft server, Discord server, website, store, and other services, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use VoidMC.

1. General Rules

1.1. You must follow all VoidMC rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by our staff team.

1.2. You are responsible for your own account and all activity performed through it.

1.3. You must not attempt to exploit, bypass, or interfere with VoidMC's systems, services, or security.

1.4. VoidMC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

1.5. Staff may take action against behaviour that negatively affects the community, even if it is not specifically listed in these Terms.

2. Accounts

2.1. You are responsible for keeping your Minecraft and Discord accounts secure.

2.2. You must not share, sell, trade, or give away your VoidMC account where doing so violates our rules.

2.3. You may be held responsible for actions carried out through your account, regardless of who was using it.

2.4. Impersonating another player, staff member, creator, or VoidMC representative is prohibited.

3. Player Conduct

3.1. Players must treat other members and staff with reasonable respect.

3.2. Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, discrimination, malicious behaviour, or excessive toxicity may result in punishment.

3.3. Spam, flooding, advertising, scams, malicious links, and inappropriate content are prohibited.

3.4. Attempting to manipulate, deceive, or exploit other players for personal gain may result in punishment.

3.5. Using alternate accounts to evade punishments or restrictions is prohibited.

4. Cheats, Exploits & Unfair Advantages

4.1. The use of cheats, hacked clients, prohibited modifications, scripts, macros, or other software that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.

4.2. Exploiting bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, or vulnerabilities for an advantage is prohibited.

4.3. Discovering a bug does not give you permission to abuse it. Bugs should be reported to the VoidMC staff team.

4.4. Attempting to bypass anti-cheat systems or other security measures is prohibited.

4.5. Punishments may be issued based on available evidence, including server logs, recordings, screenshots, or other relevant information.

5. Staff & Moderation

5.1. VoidMC staff have the authority to enforce the rules and take appropriate action when necessary.

5.2. Staff decisions should not be publicly harassed, intentionally undermined, or disrupted.

5.3. If you believe a punishment was issued incorrectly, you should use the appropriate ticket system.

5.4. Attempting to manipulate staff, fabricate evidence, or falsely report another player may result in punishment.

5.5. Staff may remove content, restrict access, issue punishments, or take other reasonable actions to protect the community.

6. Purchases & Store

6.1. All purchases made through the official VoidMC store are voluntary and are made at the buyer's own discretion.

6.2. ALL STORE PURCHASES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds will be issued, except where a refund is legally required.

6.3. You are responsible for checking the contents, price, and details of a product before completing your purchase.

6.4. Digital ranks, cosmetics, perks, items, currency, kits, and other virtual goods have no real-world monetary value outside of VoidMC.

6.5. VoidMC may change, modify, replace, or remove virtual goods where reasonably necessary.

6.6. Attempting to obtain a refund through fraudulent means, including false payment disputes or unauthorised chargebacks, is strictly prohibited.

6.7. Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the permanent suspension of your VoidMC account and removal of purchased benefits.

6.8. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that the purchase is final and non-refundable and that you have reviewed the product before purchasing.

7. Virtual Items & Currency

7.1. Virtual currency, items, ranks, cosmetics, kits, and other digital content are licensed to you for use within VoidMC and are not owned by you as real-world property.

7.2. Virtual items may be removed, changed, reset, or modified due to server updates, technical issues, abuse, exploits, or other circumstances.

7.3. VoidMC is not required to compensate players for the loss of virtual items or progress resulting from server resets, bugs, exploits, or other technical issues, except where required by applicable law.

8. Server Availability

8.1. VoidMC does not guarantee that the server or any associated service will always be available.

8.2. The server may experience maintenance, downtime, resets, updates, bugs, or unexpected interruptions.

8.3. VoidMC may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services where reasonably necessary.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

9.1. VoidMC's branding, logos, custom content, systems, configurations, and other original materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used to impersonate VoidMC without permission.

9.2. You retain ownership of content that you independently create and submit, where applicable.

9.3. By submitting content to VoidMC for use in our services, you grant VoidMC permission to use that content for reasonable server-related purposes where necessary.

10. Privacy & Information

10.1. VoidMC may collect information reasonably required to operate, secure, moderate, and improve its services.

10.2. This may include Minecraft usernames, Discord information, server activity, moderation records, purchase information, and technical information.

10.3. You must not attempt to obtain, expose, distribute, or misuse another user's private information.

11. Punishments & Appeals

11.1. Violations of these Terms or VoidMC rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, account restrictions, or other appropriate action.

11.2. Punishments may vary depending on the severity, frequency, and circumstances of an offence.

11.3. Punishment evasion may result in additional punishment.

11.4. Appeals must be submitted through the official VoidMC appeal system where available.

11.5. Submitting false, misleading, or abusive appeals may result in the appeal being denied and may lead to further action.

12. Age & Permission

12.1. By using VoidMC, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the services you access.

12.2. If you are under the applicable age required by a third-party service, such as Discord or a payment provider, you must follow that service's age requirements.

12.3. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their supervision use VoidMC appropriately.

13. Third-Party Services

13.1. VoidMC may use third-party services such as Discord, payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, or other platforms.

13.2. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

13.3. VoidMC is not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by third-party services.

14. Termination

14.1. VoidMC may restrict or terminate your access to its services if you violate these Terms, server rules, or otherwise pose a significant risk to the community or server.

14.2. Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund for previous purchases.

14.3. You may stop using VoidMC services at any time.

15. Agreement

By joining or using VoidMC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must discontinue your use of VoidMC and its associated services.
